Sometimes the parties want to change an SCR agreement after the agreement has been signed/delivered/ratified/agreed.
Some states have a myriad of change forms.
SCR standard forms committee desires to minimize the number of forms and to simplify the forms use.
So, SCR390 general addendum/amendment form is the "Swiss Army Knife of SCR forms" with many uses.

Use SCR390 with almost every SCR form (e.g., residential/commercial contract/agreement changes/offers, listing agreement changes, buyer agency agreement changes).
A best practice is to copy the exact sentence being modified into the SCR390 in order to minimize any disputes about the change agreed to by the parties.
Example:
Purchase Price is currently $390,000 and the parties desire to change the price to $395,000 using an executed SCR390.
Purchase Price: $395,000 Three Hundred and Ninety Thousand.
