The SCR executive committee and SCR board of directors and legal counsel will work to approve these forms during May through early July [asap] along with asap statewide training [asap] by the SCR legal team (e.g., Austing Smallwood, Tiara Pitts, Byron King, and SCR CEO Nick Kremydas).
The current committee focus includes the forms groups (listing agreement, buyer agreement, purchase agreement, compensation agreement) and including the settlement statement "Compensation is never set by law and compensation is always fully negotiable."
