Suppose you as a property manager place an order for any employees, contractors, or independent contractors to do work on a property that disturbs lead hazards/paint onsite. In that case, you have to be EPA certified as well as the people doing the repairs, renovations, and remodeling work. And, you need the documentation to prove you are certified.
