It’s hard to believe that the 2016 Realtors® Conference and Expo is only a few days away.

With hundreds of sessions and events taking place beginning on Thursday, figuring out which sessions to attend at the massive Orange County Convention Center can seem like arriving at a whole new world. Allow me to take you on a magical carpet ride through the key sessions to attend.

On Friday, NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun will be joined on stage by Dennis Lockhart, president/CEO of the Atlanta Fed, during his 2017 economic and housing forecast presentation. Immediately after, they will hold back-to-back press conferences along with incoming NAR 2017 President Bill Brown. Later in the day, Jessica Lautz, NAR managing director of survey research and communications, will present the key trends from the 2016 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers. Other sessions of note include timely discussions on short-term rentals, current regulatory issues and the election’s impact on real estate heading into next year.

And don’t forget to join us at Italian hot spot Maggiano’s on Friday night for delightful refreshments and conversations with your reporter colleagues and members of the NAR Media Team!
