SCR Forms Update Project, Target March 9, 2026
March 9 is a target date for many SCR forms updates with the forms vendors (e.g., zipForms Lone Wolf Transactions, Skyslope, Dotloop, Docusign, Brokermint).
SCR residential compensation agreement, agency forms, purchase agreements, and non-agency transaction brokerage forms are scheduled to update.
Jan 26 2026, the SCR Board of Directors voted to remove Firm to Firm cooperative compensation from the SCR forms; and the SCR compensation agreement form will only contain a Seller to Buyer Broker compensation agreement, alongside compensation "self contained" in the agency and non-agency transaction brokerage forms (e.g., the seller compensates their listing brokerage, the buyer compensates their buyer brokerage).
Compensation can appear in the SCR residential purchase agreement such as seller concessions (e.g., seller paid buyer’s transaction costs) and or the Seller to Buyer Brokerage Compensation Agreement (SCR120).
