COLUMBIA, S.C. (October 7, 2025) —South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) celebrated its 2025 award winners, and installation of officers at Wild Dunes in Isle of Palms in September. Approximately 300 Realtors from across the state attended the ceremony during the association’s first legal conference, REALTOR MANIA. Throughout the conference SCR presented awards to the following Realtors®.

  • 2025 Realtor® of the Year – Reah Smith, Western Upstate Association of REALTORS®

  • C. Dan Joyner Good Neighbor Award – Jolene Selwa, Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®

  • Distinguished Service Award – John Rinehart, Piedmont Regional Association of REALTORS®

  • James R. Peters Association Executive Award of Excellence – Tabatha Amodio, Aiken Association of REALTORS®
