Office Policy for the Use of Forewarn App
Purpose:
This policy outlines the guidelines and regulations for the use of the Forewarn app by our
real estate agents. Forewarn is a tool designed to help verify the identity and potential
risks associated with business prospects, enhancing the safety and efficiency of our
operations.
Scope:
This policy applies to all real estate agents who are licensed professionals and have access
to the Forewarn app as part of their professional duties.
Guidelines:
Professional Use Only:
● Forewarn searches are to be conducted solely for professional use related to
real estate transactions. Any personal or non-business related use is strictly
prohibited.
Initiated Interactions:
● Forewarn is to be used only for verifying inbound prospects who have
initiated contact or shown interest in engaging in a real estate transaction
with our agents. It is not to be used for outbound marketing or prospecting
purposes.
Compliance with Regulations:
● Users must adhere to all regulations outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act
(FCRA). Forewarn is not to be used to determine eligibility for credit,
insurance, employment, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.
Monitoring and Compliance:
● All Forewarn search activity is actively monitored, including search terms
and volume, to ensure compliance with the guidelines outlined in this policy,
the Subscriber Agreement, and the Forewarn Terms and Conditions.
Prohibited Uses:

● Do not use Forewarn to search for individuals who are not engaging in
business with our agents, including celebrities, public figures, friends, or
family members.
● Do not share information obtained from Forewarn, including access
credentials, with any third party.
● Do not inform prospects that they are not permitted or unqualified to engage
in a real estate transaction based on information obtained from Forewarn.
● Do not use information from Forewarn to harass, intimidate, or violate any
applicable laws.

Acknowledgment:
By using the Forewarn app, agents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and
agreed to comply with this policy, the Subscriber Agreement, and the Forewarn Terms and
Conditions.
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
Failure to comply with this policy and the associated regulations may result in the
termination of access to the Forewarn app and disciplinary action.
