Currently, the LLR SCREC requests that if you spot a revoked or suspended licensee practicing real estate, please file a proper written complaint with LLR SCREC so that LLR SCREC can enforce its own orders, cease and desist orders, etc.

LLR is likely working on some other future solutions, but this is the LLR SCREC system today.

  1. Individuals with canceled licenses must reapply for licensure (using a paper application) and meet all current requirements for licensure. Individuals holding lapsed or canceled licenses may not engage in the practice of real estate brokerage or property management per S.C. Code Ann. §§ 40-57-20, 40-57-110(D) and (E), 40-57-725, and 40-57-780
