Featured speakers will discuss ways to avoid liability and explain how to conduct association meetings, maintain records, and conduct Professional Standards proceedings to remain compliant with antitrust laws.

Speakers:

– Kevin Hart, Partner at Jones Day, will provide an overview of antitrust enforcement actions on a nationwide level, across multiple industries. Mr. Hart previously worked at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.

– Lesley Muchow, NAR General Counsel and Vice President Legal Affairs and Antitrust Compliance, will highlight where associations may have antitrust concerns, and provide best practices to avoid potential violations.

– David Jones, Deputy General Counsel for Texas REALTORS®, will provide an association-level look at implementing antitrust policies.

Who should attend: This webinar is designed for REALTOR® Association and MLS Executives, association management team members, association board and volunteer leaders, and association legal counsel.
