The second round of the NFL playoffs kicks off this weekend with some very intriguing match-ups.
Last fall we looked at who would be the World Series champion if the winner was determined based on the home price movements of each team’s city. Of the four potential outcomes, the Cleveland Indians made it all the way to Game 7 before our prediction fell faster than an Aroldis Chapman fastball.
Who’s your favorite to win the Super Bowl? Can Tom Brady march past the Houston Texans and be on his way to winning a record fifth championship? That’s my prediction.
If you’re unsure, let one of these price scenarios guide your decision:
If the Super Bowl winner is the team with the highest median home price, the New England Patriots will be the champions.
If the Super Bowl winner is the team with the lowest median home price, the Pittsburgh Steelers will be the champions.
If the Super Bowl winner is the team with the fastest price appreciation (YoY), the Dallas Cowboys will be the champions.
If the Super Bowl winner is the team with the slowest price appreciation (YoY), the Houston Texans will be the champions.
