LLR SCREC approved the updated SCDREBR on 12/11/24 and posted on 12/19/24.

Always properly use SCR110 (e.g., explain, sign, copies) whenever you communicate orally or in writing with a consumer about real estate and before you show properties (e.g., in person showings, virtual showings) to comply with license laws (e.g., substantive contact).

You can use your mobile phone, tablet, computer, camera, text, email, Zoom, conversation, and paper: anywhere, anytime to comply with license law on SCDREBR aka SCR110 (e.g., explain, sign, agency/non-agency, copies).

One idea is to always carry several SCR110’s near you at all times and ready to use properly with consumers.

SCR110 applies in all real estate transactions (e.g., commercial, residential, land).
