NAR prevails again with Muhammad dismissal
A U.S. district judge ruled in favor of the National Association of REALTORS® in a case involving MLS access, concluding a Pennsylvania real estate practitioner did not prove the national, state and local associations engaged in antitrust violations and discrimination. It’s NAR’s third courtroom win in less than three weeks.
