This intensive two-and-a-half day learning experience is designed to enhance and refine one’s existing mediation skills (but no prior mediation training is necessary – – all are welcome). The seminar features one full day of three-person mediation simulations, guided by individual mediation coaches. The training is led by Northwestern University Law School’s Lynn Cohn. The training empowers attendees to share dispute resolution techniques, skills, and expertise with others. The instruction and comprehensive support materials also enable participants to serve as mediators and ombudsmen.
