The SC state government’s seller disclosure form aka SCR230 aka LLR SCRPCDS has statutory and case law protections for sellers and buyers and agents when handled properly. The SCRPCDS is designed for residential properties and contains questions and issues commonly found in other state disclosure forms for land sales and commercial sales. So, cross transaction use is possible. Answer appropriately.
