This learning experience is designed to build confidence, expand mediation techniques, and provide real-world practice in a supportive setting. No prior mediation training is required—all are welcome.
Participants take part in a full day of three-person mediation simulations with guidance from individual mediation coaches, gaining practical skills they can immediately apply in professional and community settings.
Led by Northwestern University Law School’s Lynn Cohn, this world-class program equips attendees with dispute resolution strategies, comprehensive support materials, and the preparation needed to serve effectively as mediators and ombudsmen.
