From Lone Wolf:

Member needs to type $0 into the SCR300 series contracts into Section #6 Transaction Costs "4)" when the buyer is not asking the seller for any monetary assistance (e.g., seller paid buyer’s transaction costs):

Spacebar click overrides the content input into a blank in the form.

SPACEBAR click once and type "Zero" if you want the word "zero" here.
or
SPACEBAR click twice and type "0" if you want numbers here.

For form 300’s, the quick solution would be to have the member hit spacebar twice while focused on the field. This will override the numeric format and should allow them to enter and keep "0". I believe they are already using override by hitting spacebar once, in order to type "Zero" into it.
It’s ideal for us to use the numeric fields for currency since these carry the dollar and decimal point formatting. However, the nuance is that they do default to blank if 0.
So, what is happening is, when the field is overridden, it allows alphanumeric characters and when only 0 is entered, the system sees it as just numeric again and enforcing the blank if 0 rule.
