On June 4th, REC Staff will be hosting a virtual informational workshop on” How to be Prepared if Selected for an Inspection”. The presenters will be representatives from the LLR’s Inspection team. BIC/PMIC licensees will have to register to attend, and the workshop will be posted online on our website in the event individuals cannot attend. This workshop does Not count toward CEs.

In accordance with S.C. Code §40-57-60(C), the Commission shall conduct periodic inspections of offices of licensees to assist with and ensure compliance with SC Law.

On April 23, 2025, the Commission approved new office inspection forms and processes. For your review and familiarization, this information can be accessed on the Commission’s website by clicking Approved Resources.

Please note, the inspection forms are not to be modified or duplicated, but are for reviewing and familiarization purposes only.
