REALTORS® now have an ethical duty to not make any statements or writings that might be considered harassing or hate speech against the fair housing protected classes. Also, REALTORS® cannot use epithets or slurs. Discipline includes all professionalism membership discipline: permanent record, referral, posting, fines, education, probation, and suspension.
