COLUMBIA, S.C. — (September, 2026) – Greenville Realtor® Nick Carlson has been installed as the 2027 secretary of South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR), the largest trade association in the state with 29,000 members. The installation took place during SCR’s Board of Directors meeting Sept. 17, 2026. Carlson’s one-year term begins Jan. 1, 2027.

Carlson is vice president and broker of Wilson Associates Real Estate, which he co-founded in 2014 with President and Broker-in-Charge Sharon Wilson. The independent real estate brokerage is one of the top-performing agencies in the South Carolina Upstate. Prior to co-founding Wilson Associates, Carlson was a top-producing agent at a national franchise firm in Greenville. He was also the recipient of the International President’s Circle Award three consecutive years, recognizing the top 4% of nearly 90,000 company agents worldwide.

Before entering the real estate industry, Carlson graduated from Clemson University and established his roots in Greenville, where he began his professional career. He served as vice president of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® in 2022 and then president 2023. He also earned Greenville’s REALTOR® of the Year award in 2025.

At the state association level, Carlson has held positions on the SCR Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Strategic Planning Committee and Nominating Committee. He also is a 2026 graduate of the SCR Leadership Academy.
