    This course provides an overview of commonly used forms in residential transactions. It also include guidance on the use of LLR mandatory forms required under License Law 2017.No Show Policy Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee.
