NAR ranks the risks of fair housing problems as a greater brokerage risk that COVID.

REALTORS® are committed to raising professionalism and fair housing. This ethics change applies to both of these issues.

Harassing/Hate Speech can be summarized as follows:
inappropriate verbal/nonverbal, conduct, display, action, gesture, threatening, intimidating, hostile, insult, offend, disparaging, abusive, etc.
