COLUMBIA, S.C. (October 7, 2025) — South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) has awarded Tabatha Amodio, Association Executive of the Aiken Association of REALTORS®, with its James R. Peters Association Executive Award of Excellence. The award was presented at the association’s legal conference, REALTOR® MANIA, at Wild Dunes in Isle of Palms in September.

The James R. Peters Association Executive Award of Excellence is named in honor of the former chief executive officer of the South Carolina REALTORS® from 1993 to 2006 and is given annually to a local board AE or staff member who has excelled in his or her role at the association while demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and ethics.

Amodio was nominated for her extraordinary capabilities, organization and commitment along with her understanding of member needs. She is known to seek out innovative tools, resources, and partnerships that elevate the Association’s services and events, creating greater engagement while managing costs effectively.

She also contributes at the state level, actively participating in committees, pursuing continuing education and earning certifications to ensure the Association remains aligned with industry standards.
