President: Cindy Creamer, Hilton Head Area, (Currently serving as President Elect)
Cindy Creamer will be South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) 2022 president. She has been a Realtor® since 2006 with Dunes Real Estate in Hilton Head, South Carolina and holds Realtor® designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CFN). She was a 2020 Realtor® Political Action Committee (RPAC) participation council member and president’s circle member.
She served two terms on the SCR executive committee as the regional vice president for 2016 and 2017 and was also president of the Hilton Head Area Association of REALTORS® (HHAOR) in 2015 and 2018. She was elected in 2010 to serve on its board of directors. Creamer was a recipient of the President’s Service Award for 2014. She has also been a recipient of the Realtor® Service Award since 2010.
Creamer serves her local community in various roles. From 2016-2019 she was appointed to the Hilton Head Town Venue Committee as the chairman. She also serves on the board of directors of the Hospice Care of the Lowcountry.
President Elect: Rob Woodul, Charleston Trident
Rob Woodul will be the association’s 2022 president elect. Woodul is a Louisiana native, but a proud South Carolinian who is committed to real estate, his family and his community. As broker-in-charge of Carolina One Real Estate’s Charleston Central office, Rob is passionate about increasing Realtor® professionalism through education, professional development and by serving as a voice for SCR members in the public and legislative arenas.
He has served as a volunteer leader with local and state Realtor® associations for more than 20 years, including SCR secretary in 2020, as president of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® (CTAR) in 2011 and the CHS Regional MLS in 2015. In these leadership positions, he was quoted as a Charleston real estate market expert in the Washington Post and New York Times.
Treasurer: Reah Smith, Western Upstate
Reah Smith will be SCR’s 2022 treasurer. Smith has been a Realtor® since 2010 and a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) at Lake Keowee Real Estate since 2013. Born and raised in Seneca, South Carolina, Smith attended Seneca High School and went on to study at the University of South Carolina and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in retail. Volunteer service in Realtor® associations is a priority for Reah. She has served in many different roles at her local, state and national associations of REALTORS®.
At the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® (WUAR) she served as state director, as a member of the board of directors and on the RPAC committee.
At SCR, she has served on the legislative committee and was chair of that committee in 2019. She has also served on the board of directors, executive committee, diversity equity and inclusion task force, candidate screening committee, South Carolina Community Alliance, and is a RPAC trustee. In addition, she is a 2016 graduate of SCR’s prestigious leadership program, LeadershipSCR.
At the National Association of Realtors® Smith is a member of the public policy coordinating committee along with the resort and second home committee, the single-family investment management committee and the sustainability advisory group. Reah lives on Lake Keowee where she enjoys the recreational activities the area provides including paddle boarding and boating.
Secretary: Keon Aldrich, Greater Pee Dee
Keon Aldrich will be SCR’s 2022 secretary and owner/broker in charge of Pee Dee Elite Realty, in Florence, South Carolina. She has been in real estate for almost 20 years. In 2018 she was elected president of Pee Dee REALTOR® Association after serving as director for nine years and the Multiple Listing Services board for 5 years. She was nominated as 2020 Pee Dee REALTOR® of The Year by her local association and also received the Presidents Award for her outstanding leadership and work ethics
At SCR she has seved as a member of the legislative, finance, grievance and professional standards committees. Aldridch also has served as a trustee for the region 4 REALTOR® Political Action Committee Trustee (RPAC) and as SCR region 4 vice president. Aldrich is a 2017 graduate of LeadershipSCR and was appointed by SCR’s president to sit on the board of directors for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Mrs. Aldrich is well known throughout her community as a supporter of local non-profits in which she sits on the local board of directors for, Habitat for Humanity and Harvest Hope. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her biggest supporters, her husband of 15 years and their children, a daughter, a junior in college and a son, who attends public school in the Pee Dee area.
Immediate Past President: Morris Lyles, Central Carolina (Currently serving as President)
Morris Lyles is currently serving as South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) president 2021 and will serve as immediate past president in 2022. Lyles was SCR’s 2020 president-elect and 2019 treasurer. He has been a Realtor® since 1996, and is currently with ERA Wilder Realty, in Columbia, South Carolina. ERA Wilder Realty is a locally owned real estate brand that operates with more than 400 agents in the Midlands and Charleston areas of South Carolina. Lyles holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) certification from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and has served in many roles at SCR including treasurer in 2019, president-elect in 2020, as a South Carolina REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) trustee chair in 2017 and as member services chair of the executive committee in 2016.
Lyles served on the board of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association (CCRA) in Columbia and was its 2015 president.
He was also named as the board’s 2016 REALTOR® of the Year. In addition to his real estate roles, Lyles is active in his community and has served as a past president of the Columbia Kiwanis Club in 2008, president of the Columbia Museum of Art Contemporaries in 2004, and is a 2001 graduate of Leadership Columbia. He has also served as a chairman of the board at Trinity Cathedral’s Learning Center in Columbia.
Vice President, Region 1: Kimberly Lease, Charleston Trident
Kimberly Lease has been a professional Realtor® in Charleston for over 21 years. She has served on the boards of the national, state and local Realtor® associations and is a past president of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®.
Vice President, Region 2: Heather Baker, Hilton Head Area
Heather Baker has been a Realtor® in Hilton Head for 18 years. She has served as a director at SCR and HHIAOR. She is a past president of HHIAOR, a past recipient of the HHIAOR REALTOR® of the Year Award, and is also a graduate of Leadership SCR program.
Vice President, Region 3: Renny Diedrich, Coastal Carolinas
Renny Diedrich is a REALTOR® in Myrtle Beach. She has served in leadership and on numerous committees at the state, local, and national level, including as a director for SCR and as President of CCAR. She also served on the Executive Committee for the Wisconsin REALTORS® from 2008-2013 and was Chairman of the Board in 2012-2013.
Vice President, Region 4: Sandy Gaskins, Greater Pee Dee
Sandy Gaskins is a REALTOR® from Hartsville, SC and has been a Realtor® for the past 19 years. She has served her Realtor® associations at the state and local level as the Chairman of the Legal and Ethics Committee in 2018 and as a SCR Director from 2012-2016. She also served the REALTOR® Association of the Greater Pee Dee as President in 2015 and was named their REALTOR® of the Year in 2018.
Vice President, Region 5: Charles Caughman, Central Carolina
Charles Caughman is a REALTOR® from Lexington, SC and has been a Realtor® since 2007. He currently is serving SCR as its Region 5 VP. He served on the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association’s (CCRA) board of directors between 2015 – 2018 and served as its president in 2019. Outside of CCRA, Charles is also a member of Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® and The Aiken Board of REALTORS®.
Vice President, Region 6: Carolann Newton, Western Upstate
Carolann Newton is from Williamston, SC and has been a Realtor® since 2006. She has served at the local and state level on both the SC REALTORS® (SCR) & Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® (WUAR) board of directors. In 2019, she served as chair for the WUAR board of directors. She also served as SCR’s region 6 vice president in 2019. In her free time, Carolann volunteers with the Brain Injury Association of South Carolina and has served as its president and on its board of directors.
Vice President, Region 7: Charles Mace, Spartanburg
Charles Mace is Realtor® with more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry as a broker, agent, and investor. He has served SC REALTORS® (SCR) in the past as region 7 vice president, as a state director, and on the SCR Legal Action Committee. He has served his local board, the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS® as president, president elect, and vice president. He also served on its Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Building Committee, and Governmental Affairs Committee.
NAR Director: Milton Shockley, Greater Greenville
Milton Shockley, CRDP, CRS, CRB, GRI, is a native of Greenville and a graduate of North Greenville College. He attended Furman University and has been in real estate since 1972, having owned and brokered many companies throughout his career. He is currently with RE/MAX Realty Professionals. Milton is a past president of SC REALTORS® (SCR) and his local association and currently serves as a National Director and Committee Chairman of the National Association of REALTORS®. He is Chairman of the Greenville County Planning Commission and has served in numerous volunteer positions throughout his community.
2024 NAR RVP: David Kent, Charleston Trident
David Kent has served on many local, state and national Realtor® committees and boards. He has held positions such as president of SCR in 2016, president of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® (CTAR) in 2005 and president of the Charleston Trident MLS in 2008. He also served as Region 1 vice president, REALTORS® Education Foundation director and was CTAR’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2008. He was SCR’s 2017 REALTOR® of the Year.
Kent has served as National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) director, completed SCR’s esteemed leadership program, LeadershipSCR in 2005 and is a 2010 graduate of NAR’s Leadership Academy.
